V.U.C.A. - The acronym of the time.

Whenever I get a chance to discuss with the business executives in the Middle East all of them sharing with a common opinion that the business challenges are very dynamic these days, there are so many internal and external challenges for every industry and organizations. The current business environment we can be represented with an abbreviation VUCA, which stands for Volatile, uncertain, complex and Ambiguous, this is an acronym used by US Military years back while they battle the problematic war sights in Iraq and Afghanistan. In one way it looks quite complicated but how we find out a way out.
